Jingsheng Zheng, M.D., Ph.D., FACC, FASE, joined AtlantiCare in 2002 as an attending cardiologist. He has served as Medical Director of Non-Invasive Cardiology at the Heart Institute at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center since January 2015. Dr. Zheng's areas of expertise include clinical cardiology, cardiac imaging, structural heart disease, and cardio-oncology. Dr. Zheng earned his medical degree from Fujian Medical College in China in 1984 and afterwards, worked as a cardiologist in Fujian, China. After earning a Ph.D. in physiology and biophysics from Case Western Reserve University in 1992, he worked as a cardiology research fellow for the National Institutes of Health. Following an internship and residencies at George Washington University - Providence Hospital in Washington, D.C., Dr. Zheng continued to serve as a cardiology fellow and clinical instructor of medicine at Temple University Hospital. In addition to English, he speaks Mandarin and Fuzhou dialect.
